This is a character that I created for Spongebob 
General information about her:
Whinnifred Waters is a 25 year old fish who is a new neighbor who moved in next to Spongebob, Patrick, and Squidward. She gets along with each of them, she's calm and sophisticated like Squidward and prefers peace, but she also likes to let out her inner child and sometimes goof off with Spongebob and Patrick despite the fact that they do annoy her sometimes...
Her Personality:
Well she's a little shy, a little flighty, is very smart and gifted, underestimates herself and her talents a lot, and is willing to make friends with just about anyone.
Her Relationships:
Spongebob: Spongebob may be annoying at times but she believes he means well and doesn't ever mean any harm. As said before, she likes to goof off with him and Patrick and she only gets annoyed or angry with them whenever they mess with Squidward or herself.
Patrick: Same relationship as with Spongebob, just maybe not as strong.
Squidward: Whinnie LOVES music and absolutely ADORES art!!! So she occasionally likes to chat with Squidward about that kind of stuff. She thinks his art is beautiful regardless of what other people think and even though she admits his clarinet playing is a little off, he can still get better at it.
Mr. Krabs: Mr. Krabs is the only person in Bikini Bottom that she DOESN'T like...She hates how he extorts people and will literally do ANYTHING to satisfy his own greed. It hurts her heart and bothers her so much...
Plankton: She and Plankton surprisingly have a very strong relationship...They met when she was eating at the Krusty Krab and he tried to take a Krabby Patty. He got stepped on by a few people in the restaurant and helped him out. He tells her he's never seen her around Bikini Bottom before. She explained to him that she was new and she was there to try a Krabby Patty for the first time, then she asked him if he ever had a Krabby Patty before and he told he hadn't. Whinnie felt bad and offered him half of her patty. He was so touched by her kind act that he hesitated to steal the half she offered him but they were interrupted when Mr. Krabs came over and accused Plankton of stealing from Whinnie. He then attempted to throw Plankton out of the Krusty Krab but Whinnie stopped him and explained that she was sharing the party with him and that he wasn't stealing. Mr. Krabs explained to her hat Plankton was a thief and couldn't be trusted, but Whinnie wouldn't Mr hear any of it. She demanded that he let Plankton go and eat his half of the patty. If he really was good and not a thief, he would eat it. Krabs obeyed and Plankton ended up eating a piece of the patty and left the restaurant. Whinnie then also left in a huff.
Sandy: They pretty much have the same relationship that she has with Plankton only not as strong, she likes to go over to Sandy's place sometimes and check out her new gadgets, Sandy's actually teaching Whinnie some karate which Whinny is actually getting better at.
That's all I really got for Whinnie for now, well I hope you like her!!! ^^
